Beginner Tai Chi Class We are not offering Tai Chi at this time but plan to offer it again in the future. Anyone can take our TaiChi class. You don't have to be taking Pilates from the Physical Conditioning Centre to take this gentle and beneficial class. Simply call to register or drop by before class. Tai Chi is a slow and low impact martial art. It is very graceful and has very simple movements, at the same time it is rich in philosophy, medicine and science. Tai Chi is based on transient movements that relax and stimulate every part of the body. Benefits:
