Beginner Tai Chi Class  

Anyone can take our TaiChi class.  You don't have to be taking Pilates from the Physical Conditioning Centre to take this gentle and beneficial class.  Simply call to register or drop by before class.  Currently we are offering Tai Chi taught by one of the best instructors in Houston.


Tai Chi:

Tai Chi is a slow and low impact martial art.  It is very graceful and has very simple movements, at the same time it is rich in philosophy, medicine and science.  Tai Chi is based on transient movements that relax and stimulate every part of the body.
