Classes are one hour or less in duration.  However, you are still entitled to your 1.5 hour long workout so feel free to stay after class and work out on any of the machines or the mat.  For classes less than an hour, please arrive early and be stretched before class begins.

Attending classes is a great way to learn new exercises, techniques and tips.  You can then apply this information to your open workout.  Like everything at the PCC, your ratio of classes to open workouts to private sessions is completely up to you.  The instructors at the PCC always add new challenges to your open workout that are specific to your protocol and progress.  This keeps your open workouts from getting boring.  Attending classes to add variety also helps keep things fresh.  Remember, Pilates is a workout for the body, mind and spirit.
